Credit Card Services

To use our credit card services you must either be the cardholder or the cardholder must be present when the booking is made.

First time callers are eligible, upon their specific request, to a special introductory credit card price based on regular promotional offers.

We reserve the right to alter or amend the above first time caller offer.

*New customers of Crystal Clear Psychics will pay just $0.99 per minute for the first 20/30 minutes thereafter it will be $3.10 per minute. This offer is restricted to credit cards only and we reserve the right to remove or amend this offer at any time. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

For return callers, we charge $59 for the first 20 minutes and thereafter $3.10 per minute. All charges are made in Dollars (USD). The credit card merchant of “Crystal Clear Psychics” shall appear on your credit card statement.

We also offer a “five minute guarantee” whereby customers who do not connect with a chosen reader within the first five minutes, are offered their money back or an alternative reader to provide inspiration and guidance. This offer is limited to one reset per booking.

A client’s right to the above may be withdrawn at Crystal Clear Psychics discretion in cases of persistent complaints.

COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint about any of our services you may either ring our customer care number 1 855 330 4218 or write to CRYSTAL CLEAR PSYCHICS, 575 Lexington Avenue, 4th Floor, New York. It is our aim to follow up any complaint within two to three working days excluding public holidays.

BARRING OF ACCESS

Crystal Clear Psychics may at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a users access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances: User has misused our services in anyway, is abusive to company employees or readers, has committed an act of fraud against Crystal Clear Psychics or any of its associated companies.

LEGAL JURISDICTION

These conditions shall be construed in accordance with UK law and any legal action against the company must take place in English Court.
